Farm Fresh Milk

We offer a limited number of A2A2 Jersey milk herd-shares. We are so happy to say that Alaska has recently updated their stone-age legislation regarding "raw milk" and have legalized the sale of it with certain restrictions. We are in the process of expanding and building a commercial kitchen/creamery so that we will be able to sell our fresh milk to anyone,  anywhere, in the state of Alaska. Until that time, we are continuing in the local tradition of simply offering a limited number of herd-shares at this time.

"What is a herd share?
First and foremost, it is a way to circumvent the ridiculous red tape legislation here in Alaska, which makes it so hard for our communities to buy fresh milk. It makes the consumer a "part-owner" of a herd. Due to that, the consumer actually owns a portion of the herd and the milk they are receiving is "their own" and not being "sold by" a farmer. It is an agreement where the consumer buys a share(s) of a herd. The consumer then pays the farmer a monthly/weekly fee for the farmer's labor and expenses for keeping that share for the consumer (in your head you can think of it as basically the price of a gallon of milk per week.) You can cancel at any time with our herd-share agreement. You are not locked in for a certain time period, though we hope you stay awhile! It's easy and simple:

1.) Tell us how many gallons per week of milk you would like. We put it into a "Herd-Share Agreement" for you.
2.) You review (really read it) our Herd-Share Agreement, sign, and return it to us.
3.) You pay your one-time start up fee, which covers the cost of the $10 share price, brand new glass, Ball, half-gallon jars, plastic lids that do not rust, and one box of milk filters. You also pay your weekly "labor" cost (cost pe
r gallon of milk each week). We count a full week from Sunday to Saturday, so however many Sundays there are in a month, is how many weeks you are paying for labor (milk). We require that you pay this monthly cost by the 1st of each month.
4.) You sign up on the schedule for a "Milk-Drop" delivery day. We deliver to the Chickaloon post office every Tuesday at 4pm and to the Palmer Carrs parking lot (the little area between the Taco Bell and the Carrs gas station) every Saturday morning at 11am. You bring your cleaned, sanitized jars and we trade out for another batch of fresh milk.

If you have never experienced the taste of farm fresh milk, you are missing out on one of life's greatest gifts. Some folks call it "raw milk", but we don't. We believe that is a very incorrect, made up term, created by big government and Washington lobbyists for the massive dairy corporations who do not want to lose a single dollar to small farms. They are afraid of the huge raw milk movement that has been gaining thousands of passionate consumers every year for the last many decades. Folks are starting to wake up and do their own research. They are discovering how healthy and healing raw milk is. We have been lied to for so long, that we do not even know where our milk comes from, who has handled it, what has been put into it, or how it has been altered from it's God given natural state. I even have people ask me abashedly, embarrassed that they have never even thought about it once in their lifetime (on the regular, not just once or twice) " When does a cow start making milk?"  "How long can a cow be milked before they stop giving milk?" "Does a cow have to have a baby calf in order to start producing milk?"  "Is it even safe to drink fresh milk?" At first I was shocked that people were so unaware about where one of the primary foods they eat and drink on the regular comes from and how it is processed. But, that surprise has simply fueled my desire to share as much as I can with others about fresh milk. If the regular person logs on to any government website to read about fresh milk, they are inundated with a barrage of terrifying, horrifying claims about how dangerous it is to drink it. Without having read about it from independent sources, they would be convinced that it is like drinking poison. Let us not forget that the same agencies and organizations who do so, are the very same ones who insist that everyone should pump their bodies full of poisonous vaccinations and drugs at the slightest cough or sniffle. They sleep in the same bed with Big Pharma. Over the years the list of products that they have "researched" and approved to be safe, which were later found to be at fault for millions of deaths and induced disabilities/birth defects, are too numerous to list. And yet, they tell us not to drink fresh milk, a super food that has existed and sustained humanity since the foundation of the world. Why am I saying all of this? To encourage anyone who has questions, doubts, or worries about fresh milk to do their research. Really start reading articles, books, and watching videos about it. Listen to the millions of people who have made the switch from pasteurized, homogenized, mass produced, antibiotic/steroid/hormone full fluid in big box store they call "milk" to fresh, living, probiotic, enzyme and vitamin packed, delicious, creamy real milk. The kind you find that was just milked this week by your local, small farmer. Once you find out the truth, you can never go back to the disgusting liquid America refers to as milk. Milk that is literally banned from being sold in other countries like Canada, New Zealand, The UK, and The EU because of how dangerous and unhealthy it is!
