You might be Alaska tough. But no one is tough enough to resist the delicious goodies that we make completely from scratch here on the farm. Whether you're a lumberjack, oil field worker, or the toughest creature around - a mom... we know that once you try our freshly baked treats, you will be coming back for more! We think you might even want to tell others (you don't have to share) when they catch you with one of our bakery bags and ask you what it is.

I have always loved baking. I have been creating yummy treats in the kitchen since I was just a little girl. However, I was surprised when I started planning this bakery and put together the list below. My recipes are ones that I have tinkered with and tweaked many times through the years, ending up with the delicious favorites that I have today. It is my hope that they will become treasured in your home as well.

Since we are not a brick and mortar bakery in town, with the large customer base that they have, we do not operate like a traditional bakery that offers a full stock of all items every day. Rather, our items are baked to order, as orders come in, so they are always fresh and delicious. (When we say fresh, we mean still warm out of the oven!) We try to keep all ingredients on hand and strive to have orders ready as quickly as possible, however, due to our farm schedule, we do ask that bakery orders are placed at least 24 hours in advance. (If you are driving out and want to order and pick up same day, give us a call, we will make it work if our schedule allows us to! Sometimes road trips are unplanned and we want to have treats ready for folks in those times!)

Also - disclaimer, everything we offer on the farm is healthy and natural. But when it comes to our baked goods, some items are made with honey and other natural sweeteners, but many of our recipes are made with regular white sugar and flour. Life is all about balance right? To make up for it, we do use farm fresh organic eggs, organic milk and butter, and order our whole grains from a family farm in Montana that grows organic and non-GMO crops. Just don't down the whole pie in one night. (No judgement if you do, trust me, we have all been there).
